Conflict Minerals Statement
Clow aligns with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and supports the global effort to eliminate human rights abuses connected to mineral sourcing. Our company does not knowingly purchase or use Conflict Minerals – tin, tantalum, tungsten, or gold – originating from the Democratic Republic of Congo or neighboring countries.
Supplier certifications and periodic audits verify material compliance and maintain transparency throughout the supply chain. This policy reinforces our commitment to ethical sourcing and responsible metal stamping manufacturing.
Proposition 65 Statement
In compliance with the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65), Clow provides product labeling for potential exposure to listed chemicals. This requirement serves as a “Right to Know” notice for consumers and does not indicate product non-compliance or increased risk.
Some coatings or materials used in production may contain trace levels of chemicals identified by the state of California. To maintain full transparency, Clow includes Proposition 65 warnings on packing slips for all products, regardless of shipment destination.
